Of the various types of electdodes available, pre-gelled are by far the most popular and easy to use. They are a disposable electrode which already contain gel. This gel is adhesive, making placement on the body very simple.
Because pre-gelled electrodes are disposable they need to be replaced regularly. Our experience shows that the average user will get around 3 - 4 weeks or use, or around 100 hours. They are affected by factors such as the climate and the condition of the user's skin, etc. as they actually absorb sweat and body oils.

Inducing Sleep
Those who suffer with insomnia will find the addition of these Earlobe Electrodes invaluable in overcoming the disorder. Earlobe stimulation is great for light sleepers and shift workers. Electrodes are positioned on the earlobes and are most beneficial when used when retiring for the day, either sitting or lying in a comfortable position. You may need to apply stimulation for more than thirty (30) minutes to achieve a good result.
Inducing Relaxation
Earlobe stimulation is especially useful for those experiencing physical or mental stress. It's a great way to unwind at the end of the day and can be combined with relaxing music or meditation techniques. You may need to apply stimulation for at least 20 – 30 minutes.
