Warranty Claim Information Please Read

Firstly, allow us to apologise for any inconvenience with your heat pack. We manufacture to a very high standard and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best quality product.

We have received your warranty form and are more than happy to provide you with a replacement. Please follow these steps so that we can process it as fast as possible for you. Your Pain relief is important to us and we do not wish for you to be without it longer than is absolutely necessary.

Please drain the fluid from the pack by cutting the corner. The liquid is non toxic sodium acetate (salt and vinegar) and will not be harmful, a kitchen Sink would be suitable. If your pack is currently solid, please boil it for 15 minutes until the liquid is clear and then drain it.

We ask that you then return the empty pack to us at:

Included with your return, could you please provide one of the following:

Postage Paid Parcel Post Satchel-

3KG if you are returning a back or neck and shoulder pack.

500mg if you are returning a joint or hand warmer pack.

As soon as we receive this we will dispatch your replacement pack.
